The Highpro Global Transformation Index ranks 30 sectors by institutional transformation pressure — combining regulatory intensity, technological disruption, operating model strain, and strategic drift into a single pressure score.
Methodology
Each sector is scored across four dimensions: Regulatory & Systemic Pressure (regulatory change rate, market disruption), Technological Pressure (AI, digital, automation disruption), Operating Model Strain (capability gaps, structural misalignment), and Strategic Drift (business model relevance, competitive displacement). Scores are normalised to a 0–100 scale. Trend indicates directional change since the prior index.
